Each year, Hospice Care of the Lowcountry selects a person or persons to serve as Admiral for Yacht Hop of Hilton Head Island. Admirals for Yacht Hop are chosen because they exemplify those among us who continually give back to our community and embody the finest qualities of leadership and stewardship.
