The Journey Collection

Stories of joy, happiness, and laughter may not be what comes to mind when you think of hospice. We meet people at the end of their life, while they are on their final journey. They are faced with challenges of terminal diagnosis; their body is no longer what it was, their mind is no longer what it used to be. They are a person with a history, with a story. We are privileged to hear the stories and walk the final journey with them. Along the way, our job is to provide comfort and honor, the dignity they so deserve. The candle symbolizes light in the darkness of life especially individual life, illumination. These candles represent, illuminating all of the individuals we have cared for and their families. Shining light on where they are from, where they have been, who they’ve loved, befriended, and cared for.

The exclusive collection shines a light on our philosophy, “Our philosophy of care is as much about living well as it is about experiencing the end of life in a manner that is dignified, compassionate and as stress-free as possible.”

Most importantly our collection brings recognition to the path each of us is individually experiencing as we travel through life. Life is a journey – filled with rewards and challenges, smooth passages, and rocky roads. At Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, we believe that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, from beginning to end, regardless of where our journey takes us. Support us by purchasing any of the below collection options:

  • White Glass 11 oz. two options
    (Red Currant OR Sea Minerals)
