Advance Care Planning – a Webinar Series
Friday June 5 | 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
During this time, it has become evident that all of us need to be as prepared as possible for uncertain circumstances. Hospice Care of the Lowcountry wants to equip you with helpful knowledge on preparing for end-of-life for yourself and your family with Advance Care Planning – a Webinar Series.
The first webinar topic will be How to Have the Conversation and will feature:
- Jenny Brasington, Hospice Care of the Lowcountry Executive Director
- Janet Porter, Hospice Care of the Lowcountry Board Chairman
- Debi Lynes, Licensed Professional Counselor
- Patty Webster, The Conversation Project
They will discuss how to have every person’s wishes for end-of-life care expressed and respected. We believe that together we can make these difficult conversations easier. We can make sure that our own wishes, and those of our loved ones, are both expressed and respected.
This webinar is good for sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, and the like. We want to encourage families to be prepared so that their loved ones’ wishes are known when that time may come.
And, don’t worry if you’ve never joined a webinar – they are simple and easy to attend! Once you have registered, we will send out a reminder email with the meeting link and instructions on how you will be able to join.
