We serve patients throughout Beaufort and Jasper counties of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Because our coastal area is a prime vacation destination, we often have vacationers who are hospice patients from other states who need our services on a temporary basis. We are happy to serve our guest patients in the manner to which they are accustomed.
If you and your family are considering a vacation to our area, please call for more details. We work with hospice agencies across the country to provide excellent care for their traveling patients.
Why choose us?
- Not all hospices are the same. Hospice Care of the Lowcountry is truly community-based, non-profit, and independent of any other entity.
- We accept all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We are Medicare and Medicaid approved.
- We welcome children into our care. We are the only hospice in Beaufort and Jasper counties to consistently receive referrals for children from MUSC in Charleston and Backus Children’s Hospital in Savannah
.
