Hospice Care of the Lowcountry is fortunate to have enjoyed the support of its community for all of its 26 years. As a true non-profit agency, we rely on that support to help us cover costs of our services that are not reimbursed by Medicare or other insurance. These programs include:
     Palliative Home Health Care
     Pediatric Palliative Care
     Saving Grace Program (for the uninsured)
     Camp TLC Youth Bereavement Day Camp
     Community Bereavement Care
     Hos-Pets Pet Therapy
     LifeSong Music Therapy 

Our Community Relations department handles all forms of fundraising, from securing grants to assisting with deferred gift planning. An annual appeal provides a regular opportunity for individuals to include Hospice Care in their charitable giving. Special events bring the story of Hospice to new and long-time community supporters. Memorial gifts allow families and friends to remember loved ones with an endowed gift that will perpetuate Hospice work.

All donations support the mission of Hospice Care of the Lowcountry to provide comfort care and pain management to our patients and their families regardless of financial circumstances.
