To mark the nationwide recognition of November as National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, in 2005 Hospice Care of the Lowcountry launched its first Speakers Bureau. The purpose of the Bureau is to provide the community with information and education about the benefits of hospice and palliative care.
Speakers are available to local groups, including schools, businesses, religious organizations, healthcare groups, civic and social clubs, at no charge.
